About Aacon
Aacon was started to do consulting the way it should work for smaller organisations: direct access to the person doing the thinking, recommendations grounded in the actual numbers and people in the room, and a willingness to stay involved until the change actually sticks.
Every engagement starts from the same premise — that leadership teams already know their business better than any outsider does, and what usually helps most is a structured, honest second opinion, delivered without the overhead of a large firm.
Services
Most engagements combine two or three of these — the mix depends on where the organisation actually is.
Clarifying where the business should compete, tightening the operating model around that choice, and turning it into a plan the team can actually execute.
Walking through how work actually moves through the organisation today, finding the friction points, and redesigning the handful that matter most.
Stepping in as embedded, part-time leadership during a transition, a leadership gap, or a period of rapid change.
Assessing new markets or partnership routes, running the due diligence, and negotiating the terms that get a deal over the line.
How engagements run
A short discovery conversation to understand the business, the constraints, and what "done" looks like.
A focused review of the relevant operations, numbers, or market — no generic frameworks, just what applies here.
A clear, written recommendation and, where useful, direct hands-on support to get it implemented.
Get in touch
A short note about the situation is enough to start. There's no charge for the first conversation, and no obligation to continue past it.
